Plastic PVC Waterstop Extrusion Machine 

    Plastic waterstop is mainly used for the basic engineering which is integrated with the concrete in the construction joint and the deformation joint when the concrete is poured. Such as tunnels, culverts, diversion aqueducts, dams, liquid storage structures, underground facilities, etc. The plastic waterstop takes full advantage of the elastic deformation characteristics of the polyvinyl chloride resin to prevent leaks and seepage in the joints of the building structure, and has the characteristics of corrosion resistance and durability.

   PVC plastic waterstop is composed of grade PVC resin and various chemical additives, water mixing, granulating and extruding process and made with products.It takes full advantage of the elastic  property of PVC resin, and has the function of anti leakage and seepage prevention in the joint of building structure, and has the characteristics of corrosion resistance and good durability.
   PVC plastic water stop belt is mainly used for concrete pouring, it is installed in the construction joints and deformation joints, and concrete as one of the basic works. Such as tunnel, culvert, aqueduct, dam, reservoir structures, underground facilities, etc.. The plastic water stopping strip takes full advantage of the elastic deformation property of the polyvinyl chloride resin, and has the function of leakage prevention and seepage prevention in the joint of the building structure, and has the characteristics of corrosion resistance and good durability.

A2: Painted the machine with anti-corrosion oil, and then covered with plastic film, and then packed into wooden case or fixed onto wooden pallet as per clients' requirements, or shall be loaded into container with film packing. After fixed all machines, we will use drying agent to keep container inside dry.
