PP PE PVC ABS plastic coated steel pipe extrusion line is suitable to PVC,PE,PP,ABS pipe coating extrusion. The steel pipe coating machine mainly includes steel pipe feeding machine, oven unit , single screw extruder, coating extrusion die, spray cooling water tank, hauling unit, cutting unit and stack unit. The extruder is specially designed for producing steel pipe coating.It adoped the Simens, ABB, famous brand electric components and high quality extruder alloy screw and barrel.

Processing flow

Steel pipe feeding →Pre-heater→Coating mold→Single screw extruder→Cooling water tank→Haul off→Cutter and meter counter→Pipe rack→finished product inspecting&packing.

Extruder: The screw and the barrels are all made of high quality nitrided steel-38CrMoAIA,and are nitration austerely according to NATIONAL STANDARD, nitration hardness: srewd≥740HV; barrels≥940HV.Nitrationdepth: screw: 0.4-0.6mm, barrel:0.6-0.7mm, fragility is 2 grades
Two layers coating die: adopts vacuum forming,plastic attached on steel pipe tightly.
Water cooling tank: adopts stainless steel, with water pump 
Control System: Intelligent monitoring panel with fault diagnostics
