Single screw pipe extrusion machine:
Single screw extruder adopts slotted barrel and LTM new high efficiency screw, which has high screw speed, output and plasticizing capacity.
Extrusion mold: It adopts the latest design of blue head or spiral split head, which has the characteristics of uniform discharge, convenient adjustment and elimination of the fusion line.
Vacuum setting device: vacuum spray box, spray cooling box or high-efficiency cooling water tank. The parts in contact with water are all made of stainless steel.
Traction machine: two-jaw belt type or rubber crawler type tractor to meet the production requirements of different pipes.
Cutting machine: Rotary cutting with no chips.
Stacking device: automatic flap type or roller type stacking device, small-diameter pipe can be equipped with double-station winder according to customer requirements.

Conical twin-screw pipe extrusion machine:
Conical twin-screw pipe extrusion machine is equipped with corresponding moulds and auxiliary machine, which can be used for extrusion molding of rigid PVC pipes and PVC profiles.
Hard PVC pipe machine models: AFP63, AFP110, AFP250, AFP400, AFP630, AFP800
Hard PVC profile machine models: AFF150, AFF300, AFF400, AFF1000, AFF1200
Conical twin-screw extruder features:
Unique screw design, the material stays in the barrel for a short time, and the mixing and plasticizing effect is good;
Adopt high-quality gearbox, beautiful appearance, stable operation and low noise;
The barrel is made of copper finned ceramic heater and air cooling system. It has good heating and cooling effect and precise temperature control.
The screw adopts the core temperature control system;
The main motor adopts DC speed governor or frequency converter, and the motor output torque is stable, which can realize stepless speed regulation.
Suitable for the processing of powdered PVC heat sensitive materials.
Vacuum sizing device: pipe vacuum spray box, pipe spray cooling box, profiled table, and water contact parts are all made of stainless steel.
Haul off machine: two-claw, four-claw, six-claw, eight-claw pipe haul off machine, to meet the production requirements of different pipes and profiles.
Cutting machine: chipless cutting, sawing, planetary sawing (with chamfer).

Stacking device: automatic flap or roller stacking device.
