- Single-screw pipe extrusion machine are equipped with corresponding moulds and auxiliary machine, which can be used for extrusion molding of rigid PP,PE,ABS pipes

- Single-screw extruder features:
- Unique screw design, the material stays in the barrel for a short time, and the mixing and plasticizing effect is good;
- Adopt high-quality gearbox, beautiful appearance, stable operation and low noise;
- The barrel is made of copper finned ceramic heater and air cooling system. It has good heating and cooling effect and precise temperature control.
- The main motor adopts AC speed governor or frequency converter, and the motor output torque is stable, which can realize stepless speed regulation.
- Vacuum sizing device: pipe vacuum spray box, pipe spray cooling box, profiled table, and water contact parts are all made of stainless steel.
- Haul off machine: two-claw, four-claw, six-claw, eight-claw pipe haul off machine, to meet the production requirements of different pipes and profiles.
- Cutting machine: chipless cutting, sawing, planetary sawing (with chamfer).
- Stacking device: automatic flap or roller stacking device.
- There are a variety of electrical control systems to choose from (such as: PLC automatic control system), stable production, easy to control and easy to operate.

Q1: What is the guarantee of the machine?
A1: The guarantee period of our machine is 12 months after the machine is installed well in buyer's factory;
Q2: What package do you use for the machine?
A2: Painted the machine with anti-corrosion oil, and then covered with plastic film, and then packed into wooden case or fixed onto wooden pallet as per clients' requirements, or shall be loaded into container with film packing. After fixed all machines, we will use drying agent to keep container inside dry.
Q3: Do you have instruction manual to guide us if I buy the machine?
A3: Yes, we supply detailed user manual for your reference. PLS read it carefully for guide. If there is still problem which could not be solved, PLS contact us, we are ready to help you anytime.
